Intro video in Hard Reset game
Intro video in Hard Reset game
Hello guys I know that you all guys are enjoying this game. And even I just start with this game. And I found its very irritating part with the video intro and all. I was doubt if there is some technique to make the unskipable intro skipable or presently eliminate it on the whole. I've by now attempting adding -nomovie toward the launch choice however no luck. That’s why I am posting my query here. And I am sure that you guys will give me the all appropriate solution for this. I go through the many other websites but I did not found any appropriate solution for it. So if anyone has any idea about it then please share it with me. All replies are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hello I am not sure if it will help you but I will suggest you to try this. Initially you have to open your hardreset.exe game file within the hex editor. Once you done with it then after that you have to search for the data\cs\intro.lst.my is at 0x5E0F68. But once you get it then you can modify it. After that you have to you need to replace any part of the path. And after that game will start with the main menu. I hope this will help you.

Re: Intro video in Hard Reset game
It saddens me that most people are afraid of hex editing and editing the registry. Although the point that there could be problems with future updates is perfectly valid. I hope to think that most developers are open to people changing the game for the better (testing the game can only go so far) and though I know this is not true I still think it is one of the fundamental principles that make PC great game. Just allow ESC key to jump for the love of God before you get a lot of complaints about the VAC ban hex editing a game file!

I remember people talking about this game that is not DRM. my version of HR absolutely needs at least steam and opens every time the game's release, which is a big pain for me, as the steam is time to implement and is apparently unable to play well and about yourself when you press the close button (you have to go through the menu).

Re: Intro video in Hard Reset game
There are only a few games on Steam that can run without the client. DOSBox things, for example. Just running out of steam at all times. But I think I see someone upset about the wasted resources, provided they are still using Windows 95. Not a big hassle, but it's no less a nuisance, and should not / would not happen with a DRM-free title. I'm happy with steam to go shopping, but I could live without the rest. I think it's funny how people try to steam as anything, but the software that is built around a DRM solution quite large. Of course, that provides great value for people who use its functionality, but unfortunately, I'm not one of those people.

Intro video playback is an extremely specific to game, as a result you cannot have the solution and be appropriate it to XY CIV game. I'd really approximate a technique to cut the videos without having to make use of a hex editor. I will if I have to, I estimate.

They are one of the files encrypted data files in the common \ hardreset \ data folder. Use 7-Zip to extract, find the file, rename and repackage the. The only catch is you have to guess the password before you can do anything.

I have to admit, not even thinking about the possibility until it was mentioned here. In fact, I had to seek what is VAC on the file. Can you remove a ZIP file without recompressing the rest: it is probably worth a little research? As I can. This is probably a safer method: data_10_misc.bin 7zip opens and navigates the data / cs /. Select into.lst and press delete.

Not a lot of games in recent years possibly will lead to an adrenaline rush! And above all I love what I've seen in the time it is played! Well, let's keep playing now! This is the best FPS in recent history. I loved each minute of it. The simply problem is that there were only 270 of them. On the other hand, I learned a few things, Ars Technical video game publisher are awful at video games. He said he had to leave the Easy difficulty commencing the beginning after his death a lot of times. Most had to repeat a section was 3 times standard playing and it is my job to play video games all day and there are prosperity of replay ability within the update system and secrets, and feel this as one of the games worth playing on top of a harder time these days. The end actually is as ridiculous as each person says it is.

I asked an opportunity to explore the level of secrecy. I really do not like the decision to deny the designs that go back through the levels. It is totally unnecessary. I think for me it takes more time. I'm not running through it (like most of the reviewers.) I am trying to find all the secrets, and I think we will have free DLC.

This is the only thing I liked so far. I do not know why they decided to block players effectively out of experiencing more of the game that way. Perhaps to avoid large kites arena fights back through the whole level. But if that were, I would say that the opening of the barriers after fighting in the arena is only the arbitrary closure in advance.

I love it too. It's really interesting environment. It is even just to sit and look clean all around. Much detail everywhere, even up into the sky. And the action is delicious. It's different, not always just waving their arms against the enemy, but using the strategy of blasting and explosives near electrical things. I love it. Good work, developers! Great graphics too.

Re: Do you think hard reset demo is good than the full game
Hello as per my knowledge FOV at 80 is too high. Don’t know about it but frankly speaking even I am having the difficulty with this. Basically demo was so easy to run on a 60 FPS without any difficulty. But with the full version of this game I am facing lots of difficulty with the FPS of this game. It gives maximum framerate issue at what time there are maximum things are present on a screen. So I think the demo is extremely good than the full version of this game. I hope the developer will think about this and according to that they will make some changes with it. But still overall I will say it’s a really a nice game to play.

Everyone uses different FOV, for different reasons. I do not acquainted with if it is as well, since not even know what resolution you are using to start. I would say the game itself would not be significantly less effective just for the reason that you have to be larger and more complete levels of complete scenes? However further than it is worth noting. slowdown during intense action, it feels like micro stuttering at what time moving (medium to high values), strange as it is played smoother overall ultra-configuration but then I slow down the action even more intense.

I had a huge drop in FPS in the full game compared to the demo, to the extent that it is impossible to play for me. No improvement in fps's even put everything on low. He sent an email to your support with a copy of my DXDiag to see if you find a mistake somewhere.

Need help to speed up menu of hard reset
Every time you change the main menu screens, I have to sit through the animation arm, as it changes the screens. At what time I reach for something specific, for example changing the key assignments, I have to sit all the way through it plenty of times to acquire there, and after that a lot more than I return. Any way to disable or bypass this animation? Up to now I have found that starting a latest game, after that pause, and subsequently navigate the menus from there, do not make use of animation arm. However if there is a technique to acquire similar performance commencing the main menu I would love to be acquainted with it. So what you guys know about it. Please share your helpful reply with me. And show me the correct way perform it appropriately. I am sure that you guys will defiantly help me to solve this issue. All replies are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Does hard reset game have Triple Buffering
Does hard reset game have Triple Buffering
Hi everyone, I am totally new for this game and I don’t know anything about this game. I saw some video of this game and I am in love with this game. But still I would like to know something about this game. So my question is does this game having the Triple Buffering. Actually which video I watch I think it’s the demo of this game so it does not contain this. So I want to know that does full version of this game have this or not? Actually as per my knowledge I think triple buffering is more important at what time you are keeping vsync enabled. If you know about it then please post here and clear my doubt. All replies are greatly appreciated.

Re: Does hard reset game have Triple Buffering
I am not much aware with it but as per my knowledge you are able to enable triple buffering by using your control panel of graphic card. Still if you want to know more about it then go through the review of this game. That will clear your doubt more appropriately.

Re: Does hard reset game have Triple Buffering
Of all the things to worry about, this really is not one of them. Furthermore, in VSynch, you only need double buffering. Because if the triple system can protect and get fine rates framework, the goal is lost from the third buffer anyway. With VSynch out, Triple becomes more useful. But not so much with it on. You can always use the control panel of the cards you have to buff the trigger force for all games or you can always use a tool to do it as if you have ATI RadeonPro. This factor is not alone. Much depends on the update rate vs. FPS. Both can be useful at the same time, depending on the circumstances.

Re: Does hard reset game have Triple Buffering
ATI control panel simply maintain triple buffering in support of OpenGL. I'm presently astonished it’s not within as it’s a common characteristic I’ve encounter that I for all time required to make use of with vsync.

ATI control panel simply maintain triple buffering in support of OpenGL. I'm presently astonished it’s not within as it’s a common characteristic I’ve encounter that I for all time required to make use of with vsync.

How to kill Atlas in Hard reset game
Hello guys I am having one question against this game. And I am totally frustrated at the moment. This is my third attempt on Hard. Is there a number of technique or trick that I am using? What I'm doing is presently shooting through the base "a" weapons (shotgun and g.launcher not have sufficient reach). I do my greatest to aim for the head, just for the reason that it is the brightest and most brilliant of him. When he starts firing balls of electricity, I cover behind a pillar (sufficient for it to bear out spraying it). At what time missiles fire, I attempt to stay away from them.

Hello same issue with me. I am not able to kill atlas. In the event that I'm unable, I let some of them hit the top of the light-post and the rest explode close me, giving me a spot of harm. I keep this up for something greater than 15 moments and yet he's still strutting around like he possesses the goddarn' put. Is there a pointer regarding at what time he's as a matter of fact taking huge harm?

You could have perceived his glowy armbands. When something's sparkled and green or yellow, that would be a superficial clue that it has weakpoints. Shoot the armbands (I recognize the rail gun finest for this, but RPG works as well). Then he'll drop a few Heli-Cutters. Take them out, and then afterward shoot every last trace of the alternate bits that shine such as the armbands did. Then he'll go super-saiyyan, and you would be able to shoot him notwithstanding, afaik, it'll execute him.
