How will my joystick work in BattleField 3?
well I am having particular query which I wanted to discuss with the users of this particular forum and I am hoping that it will be useful to fix the matter of mine. I have installed BattleField 3 on the computer of mine and I have not flew after the desert combat. Let me know if you are having any specultion on this particular matter. Thanks a lot in advance.

I wanted to know how will you wanted to make thing working for you I mean to say whether you are supposed to do the same by using the config file or do the same thing by simply remapping the key on the console.

In BC2 there was no support for the joystick. However you will require to bind the keyboard keys to stcik control software such as Saiteks SST. Other wise I am not aware of any specific solution to make the thing working for you.
If I am not wrong you will be able to bind axis and the throttles. You require to hit bind key and simply move the slider or stcik in the desire direction. So by using the above mentioned experience you will have the great fun.

I don’t agree with you at all. You will be able to bind the axis but you will not require for throttle., I mean you will not be able control the throttle in the plane which you are supposed to get into BF3. You will have only two option that is Full or nothing. However in BF2 and BC2 you will get an opportunity to edit the config file to make the thing working.

Well I am wondering of the root cause of the issue which you are supposed to get. If you have installed more than one USB devices on the ports and that is the only why I am not able to make the thing working for you. Well I have plugged Nostromo N52 controller and joystick did not supposed to working. However I wanted to tell you that the joystick will not work if you have installed Nostromo N52 controller. However I am wondering that the joystick of mine will work if I supposed to plugged the joy stick only. Will you should take caree of the thing which will be quite useful to you.

Well I am suspecting that you are having an external hard disk. I mean to say that the external hard disk is supposed to mess with the joystick which you have installed on the computer of yours. So what I wanted to tell you over here is that you should unplug the hard disk and try to play with the joy stick.
Also I wanted to tell you that you would require to bind couple of keys together. You will require to bind freelook hold+freelook left, freelook hold+freelook right and so on. Hence try the thing which I have mentioned over here and I am hoping that it will be useful to you.

Whenever you are suppsoed to set the Throttle than you are supposed to set to 0. Once you have done the same you will require to hit the bind key for the throttle up and than move the throttle up. Now you have to bind the key for the throttle up. Once you have done the same you will require to hit the bind key for the throttle down and move the same for the throttle down. In case you are not having the dead zone setup then you will require to pick up the movement from another axis before the throttle. When you have hit the right button when you binding it will work for you.i am wondering that throttle show up as of the left stick. The buttons are looking like labled rather than of the Xbox controller.

I don’t know why the above mentioned issue was helpful to you or not. Well I recommend that you should contact the developer team and file a bug report to them. The developer of the game will working on the same and release the patch which you can download and install.
