Not able to buy Harley Quinn's Revenge DLC
I am trying to buy Batman Arkham City: Harley Quinn’s Revenge from Games for Windows – Live and I am using PayPal account to do the transaction. When I am buying the game and making the payment, I get a message saying that the transaction has failed and I should try again some other time. I cannot find what is wrong, the service is available in my region and I have done many such transactions in past without any problem. Has anyone else experienced such problems too?

I don’t think that there is any problem with the PayPal or Games for Windows – Live. I purchased Batman Arkham City bundle from Games for Windows – Live just today morning and I used my PayPal account to do it, I never encountered such problem. Maybe large numbers of users are already downloading Batman Arkham City: Harley Quinn’s Revenge at present time and thus the servers must have been running on full load. I think that this must be the only reason Games for Windows – Live is not completing the transaction. You will need to wait till some users complete their download and you get the empty place in the server for your download.
