As per the Pixel Vision for the Steam the following notes are observed. This skin is predestined for Windows. So if you want to do each and every thing perfect then don’t forget to read the readme files. Steam Skin by default set in English. If you have any trouble then use to read the readme, which contain all the information.

There is the change in 1.6 versions for this
• This Steam is Compatible with the new Trade Update features.
• Layout files updated to the latest release of Steam
• There is hover effects for new Friends List and friend.
• New notifications feature.
• New avatar also there.

There the slightly change in the bright which competition the new avatar border, there also exist lots of small modification in this. Whatever the past bugs are fixed now. Extra language are added Bulgarian & Portuguese-Brazil. Some Advanced tweak is also added.
